White County Community Foundation, serving Searcy and the surrounding cities in White County, was established in 2003 and is a local office of Arkansas Community Foundation.  White County Community Foundation is also proud to support a group of student leaders from Searcy High School, Harding Academy and Rosebud High School who make up the Youth Advisory Council. The role of the YAC is to recommend grants after assessing local youth needs, be involved in fund development, and support programs that involve youth in philanthropy.
