We have been building philanthropy in Phillips County since becoming Arkansas Community Foundation local office in 1991.  With an active, involved board of directors and part-time executive director, we have established endowment funds, built assets and grants to help meet community needs.

Board Members
Our board is made up of eighteen interested and caring people who make their living in Phillips County, send their children to our schools, attend our churches and support local charitable organizations. They truly care about the progress of the county, the opportunities available to its citizens, and how they may make a difference by their contributions of time, talent and treasure.
