Southeast Arkansas Community Foundation is building bridges within the southeast corner of the Arkansas among Ashley and Chicot Counties.  This connection will have long term effect on our region for years to come.  Southeast Arkansas Community Foundation was established to develop philanthropy in the serene communities of Chicot and Ashley Counties.
