The Arkansas Community Foundation serves all 75 counties of the state with a local presence in its Affiliate counties and Pulaski County.

Similar to branch banks, Affiliates are led by a local board made up of local community leaders and are staffed by executive directors who live in the Affiliates’ communities. The Affiliate makes local grants, direct efforts to develop more grant making resources for an improved quality of life in its community.  ARCF’s Affiliate system brings together the best thinking of local leadership to meet community concerns. Affiliates benefit from financial management and administrative/training resources of the statewide foundation.
